💼 About This Role

You'll join Kota's Embed function to build and scale how we deliver embedded health insurance to enterprise partners. You'll coordinate new partner launches, improve operational processes, and develop tools for efficient scaling. This role offers a chance to drive meaningful impact during a period of rapid expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build internal processes and documentation for partner lifecycle alignment
• Coordinate new partner launches ensuring cross-functional readiness
• Manage client data capture and information hubs
• Support BAU operations including query management and pricing workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in strategy, operations, or project management
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurtech or benefits industry
• Familiarity with embedded insurance models
• SQL or data visualization tool proficiency
