💼 About This Role

You'll support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution, working with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams. You'll help define what Ascend becomes in a high-growth environment with real surface area from day one. This role offers the chance to ship best-in-class healthcare AI products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support roadmap planning and execution for Ascend platform initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, and launch.
• Prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and goals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and execution skills for multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
• Data-informed mindset to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
