💼 About This Role

You'll join a structured six-month program transforming practicing non-emergency veterinarians into confident ER doctors at VEG. You'll gain hands-on experience with real cases, mentorship, and over 160 RACE-approved CE hours. This program includes competitive compensation and benefits starting day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors on real ER cases
• Perform 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, nights)
• Participate in weekly case discussions and literature reviews
• Complete hands-on training in ultrasound, surgery, and endoscopy

📋 Requirements

• Valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• 1+ years as a practicing veterinarian
• Valid state veterinary license and DEA registration
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
