Description

You will oversee clinical leadership in our Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs practices, ensuring high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with senior leadership and clinical teams, you'll drive strategic initiatives, mentor clinical managers, and promote growth across offices. Travel required approximately 40%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with current RN licensure; Master's preferred
• 10+ years home care or home health experience with operational and clinical leadership roles
• Strong background in senior home care and personal care services
• Proven leadership skills to mentor diverse clinical teams
• Familiarity with state regulations and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AC/ACSP practices to achieve best-in-class clinical and service excellence
• Work closely with Area Director for ACSP, providing mentoring and guidance
• Evaluate operational performance to achieve clinical objectives and adapt plans as needed
• Lead development of new clinical programs and procedures for strategic objectives
• Oversee clinical consultation and mentoring for AC/ACSP clinical leaders and managers
