💼 About This Role

You'll partner with hiring managers and recruiters to experiment with sourcing at an AI-forward company. You'll build funnels for high-volume roles and research unique positions and geographies. This role offers a chance to shape sourcing at a high-growth company and leverage Clay's own product as a top sourcing tool.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Find creative recruiting alpha to engage incredible talent for Clay
• Experiment with tools and automations to improve sourcing
• Write great copy and experiment with drip campaigns and conversation starters
• Generate referrals from employees at scale

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience sourcing/recruiting in high growth tech environments
• Creativity to generate amazing copy and sourcing ideas
• Tenacity to build a new function from scratch
• Adaptability to tinker with new tools and workflows

• Background in building sourcing teams from scratch
