You'll join our product design team to shape how fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs interact with their most critical workflows. You'll own craft end-to-end, working directly with founders and engineers. The domain is complex, but you'll have direct access to real users who will tell you exactly what's broken.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design major product surfaces like LP engagement and fund lifecycle experiences
• Evolve and harden the design system across a complex platform
• Conduct user research with fund CFOs and ops leads to inform decisions
• Produce implementation-ready specs for engineers

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio showing complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Strong visual craft with pixel-perfect execution
• Experience building or evolving a design system in a fast-moving product
• Comfort conducting user research directly with end users

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS background
• Experience designing at a seed-to-Series B startup
