🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with location management to lead daily operations
• Develop and implement strategic projects for logistics improvement
• Coach and manage teams including supervisors and team leads
• Take shift lead once a week with over 100 employees

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 3-6 years of experience in operational project management in logistics
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Strong numerical ability to quickly grasp data and anticipate issues

• Experience in e-commerce or food logistics
• Knowledge of lean management or Six Sigma
