💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic right hand to the Head of Services, building structure behind the scenes to scale our advice-only RIA and Financial Wellness Coach team. Your core impact is strengthening operational foundations and improving systems so we can serve more clients without sacrificing quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as operational partner and right hand to the Head of Services
• Oversee daily workflows for advisors and coaches
• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking
• Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely filings and reviews

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience in an RIA or wealth management firm
• Working knowledge of RIA operations and compliance processes
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for dashboard building
• Experience auditing work for quality and tracking performance metrics

• Experience with financial planning or billing software
• Background in client service within financial services
