Description
You'll be the technical powerhouse behind sales efforts, showing large organizations how Kasada stops malicious automation before it starts. As a trusted technical advisor, you'll guide customers from their first demo to full deployment, helping them unlock the full value of Kasada. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Security Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure every customer has a seamless and impactful experience.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of HTTP and the technologies powering modern web applications
- Strong debugging skills with browser developer tools and network analyzers
- Solid grasp of layer 4 and 7 networking (load balancing, reverse proxies)
- Comfortable working with CDN platforms such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, or Akamai
- Deep understanding of web application architecture and development
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to technical expert for Kasada's platform from bot detection to web application integration
- Deliver compelling, story-driven demos that bring the technology to life
- Own proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements from scoping and setup through to successful validation
- Translate complex security concepts into clear business value for a diverse customer base
- Empower customers and internal teams through technical training and enablement
