💼 About This Role

You'll lead demand generation campaigns and shape GTM strategy for a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS startup. You'll drive growth experiments and partner with leadership to accelerate Neon Health's mission of making life-saving drugs accessible.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute growth campaigns across digital, events, and outbound
• Launch and refine SEO, paid channels, referral loops, and outbound campaigns
• Advise CEO and GTM leads with growth-stage insights
• Operate as a hands-on builder, not just a manager

📋 Requirements

• <8 years total work experience combining startup growth and execution
• Enterprise SaaS growth experience at a startup scaling from seed/Series A to growth stage
• Hands-on experience driving enterprise demand generation
• Track record of running growth experiments and executing campaigns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Outreach
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Background in healthcare or AI automation
