You will lead the strategy for business applications, integrations, and AI adoption at Ridgeline, partnering with business leaders to improve workflows and mentor a growing team. Your role involves building scalable integrations across SaaS platforms, championing AI-powered tools, and fostering a culture of innovation and practical impact.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years leading workplace technology or IT functions with hands-on expertise
• Proven experience scaling systems in fast-growing, cloud-native environments
• Strong background in architecting integrations across SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of APIs, identity platforms (Okta, SCIM, SAML), and automation technologies (Workato, Python)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with user-centered feedback loops

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy for Business Application Management, integration services, and enterprise AI adoption
• Manage, mentor, and coach Application Integration Services teams
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify friction and deliver high-impact solutions
• Establish integration architecture standards and secure identity management practices
• Design and build scalable integrations across SaaS platforms like Workday, Jira, Okta, Slack, and AWS
