Description

You will lead and scale partner-delivered operations, driving innovation and operational excellence to enhance member interactions. You'll manage a team, analyze performance trends, and develop strategies to improve service experience while owning partner performance and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years experience in strategic planning, partnerships, or program management related to BPOs
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in cross-functional partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams
