💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Marketing leaders at a high-growth pre-IPO startup to drive spend allocation, ROI analysis, and strategic planning. You'll own budgeting and goal-setting for pipeline and marketing programs, while tackling critical projects for next-level scaling. This role offers exposure to C-suite and executive operating rhythms in a collaborative, low-ego culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be primary business partner to Marketing, owning all budgeting and planning.
• Shepherd goal-setting for Marketing-driven pipeline, ROI, and budget allocation.
• Generate insights on acquisition channel performance across the funnel.
• Tackle critical change projects for next-level operational scale.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of progressive high-growth experience in Growth, Strategic Finance, or Business Operations.
• High analytical horsepower with strong modeling and data skills.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA.
