You'll lead global payroll implementation projects for the Nordics, focusing on Denmark. You'll act as a subject matter expert, attend sales calls, and ensure timely delivery from inception to live payroll. This role offers the chance to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment and make a personal impact in the global employment space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of global payroll implementations
• Attend sales calls and client handovers as country expert
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Ensure documentation of decisions and SOPs for operations

📋 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge in Denmark
• Payroll implementation experience
• Strong experience with Intega payroll software in Denmark

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working remotely
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations
