Description

You will own the strategic direction and roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, driving cross-functional execution to translate complex trading workflows into seamless advisor experiences. This high-visibility role involves architecting product strategy, leading technical and vendor decisions, and leveraging AI to accelerate development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience from high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen
• Deep technical literacy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and long-term roadmap for trading platform
• Architect comprehensive product strategy for trading functionality
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations
• Lead high-stakes technical and vendor decisions
