Description

You will serve as Project Manager on highway and roadway design projects for FDOT and municipalities, mentor junior engineers, and drive business growth in Southeast Florida. You'll ensure financial and schedule performance while occasionally serving as Engineer of Record.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering (transportation preferred)
• Professional Engineer license (Florida preferred)
• Minimum 7 years highway design experience
• FDOT or Southeast Florida municipal client experience preferred
• MicroStation OpenRoads experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for highway/road design projects
• Serve in technical role and as Engineer of Record as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and designers
• Grow and cultivate business in Southeast Florida, focusing on FDOT District 4
• Manage financial and schedule performance of assigned projects
