You will work directly with developers integrating Bridge APIs, helping resolve complex technical issues through Slack and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. Your goal is to optimize support processes, create documentation, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the user experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in customer support
• User-first mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues via Slack
• Develop product expertise and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
• Optimize and scale support processes using data-driven insights
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to hit key performance metrics
• Create and refine documentation for self-service resolution
