You'll design and implement programs that empower recruiters and hiring managers to scale talent efficiently at a defense technology company. Your work will directly improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring quality across the entire hiring lifecycle. This role offers a chance to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design training programs for recruiters (sourcing, interviewing, ATS proficiency)
- Create scalable learning paths for hiring managers on structured interviewing
- Maintain knowledge management system with playbooks, guides, and FAQs
- Facilitate workshops and brown bags to foster continuous learning
- Collaborate on tool adoption and training for new TA systems
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- Strong project management skills managing multiple learning initiatives
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements
โจ Nice to Have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile), Instructional Design (CPTD), or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience with e-learning development tools and multimedia content creation
- Background in fast-paced technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting
