You'll design and implement programs that empower recruiters and hiring managers to scale talent efficiently at a defense technology company. Your work will directly improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring quality across the entire hiring lifecycle. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design training programs for recruiters (sourcing, interviewing, ATS proficiency)
  • Create scalable learning paths for hiring managers on structured interviewing
  • Maintain knowledge management system with playbooks, guides, and FAQs
  • Facilitate workshops and brown bags to foster continuous learning
  • Collaborate on tool adoption and training for new TA systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple learning initiatives
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile), Instructional Design (CPTD), or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience with e-learning development tools and multimedia content creation
  • Background in fast-paced technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting
