💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, helping them stay connected and safely participate in everyday life. You'll have flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. This role offers mileage reimbursement and paid training with mentorship support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing for treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active CCC SLP license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)
