💼 About This Role

You'll lead the DevOps strategy, driving automation and optimizing delivery pipelines. You'll manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and site reliability, collaborating with development, security, and operations to ensure a scalable, resilient DevOps culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the company's DevOps roadmap with business alignment.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, SREs, and automation specialists.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid software releases.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Experience in high-availability, large-scale environments
• Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator)
