Description

You will lead the development and quality oversight of technical documentation for large, complex projects, ensuring integrated deliverables and compliance through team collaboration. You'll manage quality review processes, coordinate with leaders, and guide project teams to resolve issues early.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 12 years of related professional experience, including 5 years in construction documentation on institutional/education projects
• At least 3 years in responsible role in construction administration on large institutional/education projects
• Experience leading technical aspects with production teams on large complex projects over $200M construction costs
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor integrated quality review processes for all disciplines
• Develop and implement a strategy for continuous proactive quality engagement
• Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate and resolve project-related issues
• Guide team through development of coordinated three-dimensional solutions across technical documentation and construction phases
• Monitor project metrics and report potential risk issues early
