🎯 What You'll Do

• Activate 2,500+ merchants per month
• Build performance reports for funnel visibility
• Enhance onboarding process with actionable feedback
• Coach team on commercial and data management skills

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years leading teams in high-volume environments
• Manage teams executing 60+ calls per day
• Mastery of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Expert level in Excel and proficient in SQL

• Track record of promoting subordinates
• Direct experience in fintech or merchant lending
