Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end features for Boltline, a commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and hardware teams to create tools that accelerate innovation in advanced hardware development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building production web applications
• Deep expertise in full stack TypeScript
• Proficiency with React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Postgres
• Experience designing and maintaining backend services (Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field / equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres
• Architect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Build and refine user interfaces that make complex hardware manufacturing workflows simple and intuitive
• Implement and maintain automated testing culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Boltline platform
