You'll shape how riders discover and choose ride options in the Lyft app, driving conversion and loyalty through intuitive design. Partner with product, engineering, and research to deliver high-impact experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years UX, UI, or HCI experience with web and mobile design
• Experience working with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers
• Experience designing products for mobile platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design of rider experiences across Offerings initiatives from concept through delivery
• Develop empathy for user needs through research and partnership with UXR
• Generate, test, and iterate on concepts using experimentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver quality experiences
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes and key metrics
