💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an embedded data lead for Virta Health's Product Development group, helping reverse metabolic disease through data-driven product decisions. You'll translate clinical, member, and claims data into actionable recommendations, and identify where AI (ML or GenAI) can improve product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as embedded data lead for product squads
• Define KPIs and monitor product metrics
• Design and deliver data-driven analyses rapidly
• Build BI dashboards and data transformation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Healthcare Analytics or Data Science experience
• 7+ years with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Experience in building BI dashboards (Looker or Tableau)
• Experience with data security and privacy in regulated industry

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading cross-functional efforts to build scalable data pipelines
• Understanding of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience building pipelines using dbt
