💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering and data teams building AI-driven infrastructure for the global secondhand clothing trade at a post-Series B hyper-growth startup. You'll own delivery of AI initiatives that digitize the supply chain and scale the engineering organization from ~30 to a larger team. This role offers direct impact on company strategy reporting to the co-founder.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience in high-growth environments
• Background as a back-end engineer
• Experience overseeing data and managing data scientists
• Experience building AI-driven products
