🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
• Identify documentation needs and maintain file accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year mortgage operations experience managing a borrower pipeline.
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with document-heavy tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
