You'll lead a team of security engineers to build tools and frameworks that make security the default for engineering at JioStar. Your core impact will be driving application security and vulnerability management across high-scale systems. This role offers the opportunity to define the security user experience for a large engineering organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Focus on application security and build tools to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Hunt for vulnerabilities via penetration testing and design review.
• Act as primary contact for analyzing system security.
• Establish security goals across departments and provide training.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of individual contributor experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on technical management track record.
• Experience building and scaling security teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale applications.
• Track record in setting product security strategy.
