Description

You will act as the financial leader for your assigned business unit, driving commercial outcomes and partnering with business leaders on pricing, investments, and strategic decisions. You'll apply strong FP&A skills to build models, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A foundation: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Experience building financial models from scratch (scenario analysis, sensitivity, investment cases)
• Ability to track and report on key metrics (revenue, margin, CAC, ROI)
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities from growth trends and pipeline data
• Demonstrated experience influencing business outcomes beyond spreadsheet analysis

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded finance leader for assigned business unit, co-owning KPIs like revenue and margin
• Partner with business leaders on pricing, investment cases, and commercial reviews
• Pressure-test new initiatives and challenge assumptions with financial data
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
• Own full P&L forecasting cycle: budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts, variance analysis
