You'll build CodeRabbit's deal desk function from scratch, designing pricing frameworks, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash processes. Your core impact is enabling revenue growth and margin protection across enterprise and marketplace transactions. This greenfield role offers the chance to leverage AI tools to scale deal operations efficiently.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build deal desk operating model from scratch: pricing, governance, workflows.
  • Advise Sales on deal structuring and complex commercial terms.
  • Own end-to-end quote-to-cash for enterprise and marketplace transactions.
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, ChargeBee, and CPQ/CLM platforms.
  • Drive cross-functional deal execution between Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7+ years in deal desk or revenue operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Track record building or scaling a deal desk function from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise structuring complex enterprise deals and cloud marketplace transactions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and subscription billing platforms (ChargeBee, Stripe).
