You'll design intuitive mobile experiences for healthcare professionals at voize, an AI companion startup backed by $50M+ funding. You'll own a core product area and turn complex workflows into simple designs. This role offers high ownership and impact in a small, collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a core product area and shape its design direction.
• Design end-to-end user journeys and production-ready UI.
• Conduct on-site visits and user research sessions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first product experiences.
• Figma proficiency and modern AI prototyping tools.
• Fluency in English and German for user research.
• Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or mobile workflow tools preferred.

• Experience leading a large design initiative like a product redesign.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile design patterns.
