🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Technical Design team specializing in petite fit expertise.
• Establish processes to maintain industry-leading fit and quality.
• Streamline development process to drive speed, bandwidth, and accuracy.
• Innovate technical design tools and resources for product vision.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical design within women's apparel.
• 8 years of management experience setting strategies and leading teams.
• Petites experience required.
• Expertise in product creation lifecycle, specifically fit and patternmaking.
