💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic planning and operational excellence for all event and guest-facing functions at Dignity Health Sports Park. You'll drive safety, efficiency, and guest experience across a diverse portfolio of sports, concerts, and community events. This role offers the opportunity to shape event strategy and calendar planning for a premier venue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead event operations including security, guest services, and concessions
• Develop and manage annual budgets for event and venue operations
• Partner with booking and sales teams to optimize the event calendar
• Mentor leaders to strengthen capability and build succession pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in large-scale sports or entertainment environments
• 4-6 years executive-level leadership and team development in a fast-paced environment
• Proven financial and budget management with multimillion-dollar operations
• Oversight of union labor environments, including IATSE and collective bargaining agreements

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Facilities Management, Sports Management, or Hospitality
• Experience with event sales/booking/talent buying
