💼 About This Role

You'll join Arketa's inside sales team to help fitness and wellness studios adopt our all-in-one platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships and exceeding quarterly targets. This role offers equity and performance-based bonuses in a fast-growing company shaping the future of wellness.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source net-new deals through outbound sales efforts.
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Experience with SMB SaaS sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to fitness studios or small businesses.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot for pipeline tracking.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
