You'll design and deliver innovative training programmes for a fast-growing healthcare scale-up. Your work will directly impact quality, compliance, and team engagement. You'll combine a passion for people development with operational excellence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design structured onboarding and capability programmes for pharmacy operations.
  • Build engaging learning materials and e-learning content reflecting best practice.
  • Conduct skills assessments and track progress to identify development needs.
  • Deliver group training sessions, workshops, and one-to-one coaching.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience in training, learning and development, or operational enablement in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of process design, SOPs, and performance management.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Skilled at analysing performance data to identify skill gaps and drive improvement.

  • Exposure to pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or medical logistics.
