💼 About This Role

You'll own the quality management system for our Terran R rocket program, setting strategy and driving continuous improvement. You'll lead a team to embed reliability across design, production, and launch. This role offers hands-on impact shaping processes as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the quality management system strategy and implementation
• Manage and develop a team of quality systems engineers
• Oversee document control, configuration management, and audit programs
• Drive root cause investigations and CAPA processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field
• 8+ years in quality systems or quality engineering in aerospace
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• In-depth working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001

• Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100)
• Experience in high-growth, vertically integrated manufacturing
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
