💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of the core autonomy stack that powers the Waabi Driver. You'll bridge cutting-edge AI research and commercial requirements, turning advanced autonomy capabilities into a reliable product. This role is central to the success of autonomous trucking and robotaxi deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, develop and execute the Autonomy roadmap
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for autonomy features
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, and safety teams
• Analyze performance data from simulation, track, and road testing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record in autonomous vehicles or complex AI/ML systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve dependencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of the autonomy stack (Perception, Prediction, Motion Planning)
• Experience defining operational boundaries and safety validation milestones
• Technical background in autonomous vehicle development or Computer Science/Robotics
