You'll own employee relations investigations and HR services operations for a fast-growing fintech firm. You'll directly handle performance management, leave administration, and immigration. This role offers full ownership of critical people processes without delegation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end employee relations investigations with thorough documentation
  • Own the Performance Improvement Plan process and involuntary separations
  • Manage leave of absence administration including FMLA and ADA accommodations
  • Build RIF cost models and partner with Finance on restructuring budgets
  • Maintain HR policy library and ensure compliance across jurisdictions

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with depth in employee relations and HR operations
  • Direct experience with investigations, PIPs, involuntary separations, and RIFs
  • Deep working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, WARN Act, and Title VII
  • Strong financial modeling skills for RIF cost models and restructuring budgets
