💼 About This Role

You'll lead a major U.S. Government program delivering remote-controlled heavy equipment for high-impact construction and remediation missions worldwide. You will own end-to-end program execution and serve as the primary interface to government stakeholders. This role requires scaling teleoperation capabilities into reliable operations across real-world sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program execution for U.S. Government contract
• Lead global field deployment for remote-controlled heavy equipment
• Serve as primary interface to government stakeholders
• Drive safety and risk management in hazardous environments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale construction or heavy civil operations
• Experience managing U.S. Government overseas construction or contingency operations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Experience with remote-controlled or autonomous equipment
• Familiarity with DoD, USACE, DOS, or USAID programs
