You'll build trusting relationships with individuals living with serious mental illness, providing coaching and advocacy to help them thrive in their communities. Your work directly supports member recovery and self-determination through in-person and virtual engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and build trust with members in the community
• Achieve daily member enrollment and engagement targets
• Support recovery and self-determination through personal action plans
• Provide physical health coaching following Vanna training

📋 Requirements

• Spanish fluency
• Over two years of experience with serious mental illness population in the community
• Experience working in Philadelphia communities
• Valid driver's license
