You'll own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations at a global financial technology firm. Your core impact is ensuring efficient and transparent expense management while acting as a trusted business partner to corporate functions. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations.
• Collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT to develop annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Track actual spend versus budget; investigate variances and course-correct.
• Act as primary finance business partner for assigned departments.
• Support headcount planning cycles and model cost implications.

📋 Requirements

• CA/MBA Finance from reputed institute.
• 2-4 years of relevant FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Prior experience in budgeting and forecasting OpEx, CapEx, and headcount in Technology industry (SaaS, Enterprise software, FinTech).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools (Anaplan, Oracle, Power BI, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with data science concepts and working with large datasets.
• Experience with automation and process improvement (Python, SQL, or BI scripting).
