Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years in software development
• 10+ years building and operating backend services and web apps
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, and server technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems
• Define and execute technical strategy aligned with product roadmaps
• Drive architectural decisions and promote best practices
• Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching
• Ensure system reliability and observability through operational metrics
