You'll lead financial planning and analysis for a defense R&D leader, delivering insights to directors and the board. You'll drive Forward Pricing Rates Proposals and Incurred Cost Submissions, ensuring compliance and strategic decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead FP&A process including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare Forward Pricing Rates Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
• Develop complex financial models for strategic decisions
• Present variance analysis and insights to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 4+ years FP&A experience in defense or R&D
• FPRP and ICS submission experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency

• MBA preferred
• IBM TM1 or Deltek Costpoint experience
• Government contracts and regulatory compliance knowledge
