• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and community engagement
• Consult with clients and craft custom insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products
• Build and manage pipeline through consistent follow-up

📋 Requirements

• Goal-driven sales mindset
• Persuasive communication skills
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
• Comfort with outbound calls and consultations
