💼 About This Role

You'll lead third-party user terminal and antenna programs for Telesat Lightspeed LEO network. You'll drive vendor type approval, certification, and delivery. This role requires a proactive leader to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead third-party UT and antenna vendor programs including type approval and certification.
• Own end-to-end planning, scope, schedule, budget, and executive reporting.
• Track vendor development progress, identify risks, and drive resolution.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and contracts teams to execute vendor agreements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years program management in STEM, 3+ years satellite communications.
• User Terminal type approval and integration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Aviation and government integrator exposure.
• PMP certification or Master's degree.
• Experience with antenna programs.
