You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable software for Toast's Scheduling product in the Team Management Suite. You'll enable restaurant owners to build optimal labor plans balancing profitability, employee flexibility, and guest satisfaction. This role offers the chance to champion best practices and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance development workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead developers, product managers, and designers to build Scheduling features.
• Engage in full-stack development with challenging end-to-end tasks.
• Participate in designing, estimating, implementing, testing, and debugging solutions.
• Mentor developers through code-pairing and detailed reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Java, Kotlin, or other OO language.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL.
• Proven track record of building partnerships across engineering and product.
• Experience in mentoring or leading peers.
