You'll own department KPIs including sales and margin for electrics and coffee categories at Sur La Table. You'll develop seasonal strategies and negotiate with vendors to drive product development. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Analyze past performance and develop seasonal strategies.
- Own KPIs: sales, margin, sell-through, open-to-buy.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, exclusivity, and funding.
- Partner with planning, visual, and creative teams on product launch.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a Buyer role in hard-goods omni-channel retail.
- 2+ years managing and negotiating with vendors.
- Retail math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✨ Nice to Have
- Private label product development experience.
- Experience with Wrike, Microstrategy, or Smartsheet.
- Housewares industry knowledge.
