You will lead initiatives to grow and optimize the driver fleet, analyzing data to understand driver needs, designing bonus campaigns, and collaborating across teams to balance supply and demand. This role is key to accelerating growth and improving driver retention and engagement.

Requirements

• Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in Growth/Business Development/Business Intelligence working with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical skills to process data, interpret results, propose actions, and strategic vision
• Experimentation mindset and proactivity to bring new initiatives
• Excellent Office suite skills; Tableau knowledge valued

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative understanding of driver audience to identify needs and improvement opportunities
• Design bonus campaigns and optimize budget to increase fleet connection during high demand
• Understand driver acquisition channel LTV and explore new channels for efficient budget reallocation
• Propose and track initiatives to reduce churn and reactivate drivers, focusing on budget optimization
• Design and implement initiatives to increase trip frequency and connection hours of active drivers
