You'll own the HR technology ecosystem at a leading AI security company, driving system optimization and a major Workday migration. You'll transform raw HR data into actionable insights that shape workforce strategy across 25+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage HRIS configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Lead data analysis and build executive dashboards.
• Develop and automate HR reporting processes.
• Lead Workday HCM implementation project.
• Manage HRIS integrations and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of HRIS or People Analytics experience.
• Proven experience managing BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI or similar.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementations or major migrations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with middleware like Workato.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
