Description

Shape and execute the roadmap for Maven's Care Delivery Platform, partnering with clinical, engineering, design, and operations teams to deeply understand clinician needs, translate them into high-impact product work, and deliver iteratively in a fast-moving environment. You'll enable care teams to deliver their best work with AI top of mind, building the platform that makes Maven's human × AI care model possible.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management building complex products in healthcare or care delivery
• Experience with clinical workflows, EHR integration, or provider-facing tools strongly preferred
• Proven ability to deliver and iterate in scrappy, fast-changing environments
• Experience partnering deeply with clinical teams, operations, and engineering
• Comfort diving into technical problems (APIs, data models) and communicating across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Maven's clinical workflows and provider needs to identify prioritization opportunities
• Partner with clinical, engineering, design, and operations to define solutions and deliver iteratively
• Own product execution: translate needs into requirements, lead sprint rituals, ship high-quality work on time
• Drive AI integration into care workflows to help providers work at top of license
• Use data, clinical evidence, and user research to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
